I was impressed by the professionalism and compassion you all exhibited as you busily prepared such a beautiful menu! Obviously you have some formal training as a chef to be able to be mindful of cleanliness of your work area and presentation of the final product. I am not a chef, and I didn’t look you up before I sent this note, but I am a Nurse and a Mom, so I am aware of how food is handled from my experience as a Mom, and sanitation from my experience as a Nurse and a Mom!
