For years, Exclusively Yours Catering and Events has been creating events for folks from Central Pennsylvania to have the time of their lives. Weddings, rehearsal dinners, bridal and baby showers, theme parties, holiday gatherings, company events, banquets — you name it, we’ve catered it. We’re often asked, “What kind of food do you make?” We simply reply, “What kind would you like?”
That’s the beauty of being a caterer and not a restaurant. We can make anything you want because we’re not pigeonholed to a specific menu or type of food. Many of our menus have a Rustic French flair with an Southwestern influence. We love Italian, Greek, Cajun, and French food and have also catered authentic Asian, Russian, Caribbean, German, Mexican, Indian, Southern American cuisine and so much more. Need an entirely Vegan menu? No problem. While we don’t have a specialty, every dish we serve is special.
Exclusively Yours Catering is proof that dreams do come true. Founder Jeremy Mathes not only loves the art of preparing delectable food and creating lasting relationships where we come together and appreciate those moments as a family. Food and people are his passion and he always hoped he could make a living throwing parties for others and providing everlasting memories to tell the grandkids. Born and raised Louisiana native, Chef Jeremy has always been surrounded by a widespread of southern hospitality, flavorful and artistic creativity, and family. Once he knew his passion for cooking, not only did he attend Culinary Arts school, he was committed to become local renowned chef providing his talents to share with many. He has worked some of our well-known restaurants in the area, but that wasn’t his final pursuit. Ambitious and motivated for success, he decided to pursue a goal he had set going into a culinary school of becoming a contestant on The Food Network. His dream came true when he was asked to be a member on Food Networks “Guys Grocery Games” as a great stepping stone and foundation builder for his culinary career.
No matter what the occasion, Exclusively Yours Catering makes sure every detail is a true reflection of the hosts, the attendees and the event at hand. EY prides itself on being Central Pennsylvania’s go to caterer. While private parties, banquets, receptions, rehearsal dinners and brunches are the bulk of our business; we’ve served parties as small as six, plated dinners for events with up to 200 guests and even a family-style breakfast fundraiser for 300. We have the ability to handle your party no matter the size!
The average party for Ey is between 50 to 150 guests.
